So I launched a new blog today: My Total Gym Transformation. It's going to be a record of my using my Total Gym exercise machine with Slow Burn technique to get back into fierce shape, increasing my muscle mass and bone density. I'll probably throw in some other exercise along the way, but I've had a Total Gym for a long time now -- wanted one the moment I first saw the infomercial over a decade ago -- and I think it's a great machine.
I've got three posts up so far, and will add a fourth with my starting photos -- in my gym suit, no less; never let it be said I lack courage -- before the evening is out. I hope you find it -- I dunno, entertaining, educational, something. I expect to find it motivating, which is the point.
You are brave!
Wow, Dana, you are really brave and obviously not too vain. I wish you the best with this venture to get in even better shape, as well as with everything else you are doing these days. You're looking great by the way - have very nice legs too. Not too many peeps can look good in an outfit like that - no offense meant; a stick figure might possibly look good in that. (wink)
Gym
Yowsa, you must be a mind reader, I too had instant love the the total gym and alas, it has been collecting dust for way too long. I will gladly follow along with you to tighten and tone (sorely needed) - no pun intended
Kismet!
I haven't visited HTT in a while, so I was stunned to see your new quest. By coincidence, we dragged a Total Gym out of the closet not five hours ago --- a hand-me-down which has never been used by anybody, ever. Sadly, the VHS that came with it is damaged, so we have to guess at how to assemble/use. I hope to be inspired by you (as I was with low-carbing).
Unused Total Gym
Oh, poor neglected Total Gym! It will be so happy to have someone use it!
I'd bet the TG people would sell you a new vid...
Very exciting, Dana! I will
Very exciting, Dana! I will be looking forward to reading this. One favor....could you set the new blog for an RSS feed so it will come to me (instead of me having to remember to go to it :-)
Done!
I've enabled RSS, the feed is here: http://mytotalgymtransformation.com/rss.xml and it is a fell-text feed.
